The App may offer free features and paid subscription features. Where no payment is taken, there is no subscription payment to refund. This policy applies to paid subscriptions and other paid digital access.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected at purchase and normally renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription controls before the next renewal date. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period, subject to applicable law and the store's refund process.
Deleting your My Shift Tracker account does not necessarily cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the store account used for the purchase.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Where a statutory right to a refund applies, for example if digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as reasonably expected, we will honour that right.
UK consumer cancellation rights for digital content depend on how and when the content is supplied. Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, the 14-day cancellation right is not automatically lost merely because the App was downloaded. For the right to be lost at the start of immediate supply, the required consumer agreement and acknowledgement must have been obtained. Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation or other statutory right that applies to you.
If the App does not conform to applicable consumer law, including where digital content is faulty or does not meet required standards, you may have statutory remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedies provided by law. We will honour applicable statutory rights.
If you experience a genuine technical fault that prevents the App from working as described, please contact us through the Help section. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a remedy which may include a fix, credit, or a refund.
If a purchase was made accidentally or without authorisation, contact us promptly via the Help section. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis and, where possible and permitted by the relevant app store, assist with a refund.
To request a refund or raise a billing issue, use the Contact Us section in the Help area of the App, or contact the platform from which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), as refunds for store-bought apps are typically processed by the store itself.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
